The Laurus Trust is consulting on admissions arrangements for pupils applying for places at Gorsey Bank Primary School for the academic year beginning September 2025.

This is a mandatory consultation under the School Admissions Code as the school has not consulted for seven years. The trustees would also like to propose an addition to the oversubscription criteria to include children of staff. This is a permitted criteria within the School Admissions Code and the trustees believe including this criteria will aid recruitment and retention of teachers and support staff at Gorsey Bank Primary School. It is also consistent with admissions policies at our other schools.
